Weiterlesen This place has been on my restaurant bucket list for so long. It certainly did not disappoint. Marcus is always so creative and talented on the Food Network and finally I can say his dishes are as good as they look. Everything was top notch. I never saw restaurant staff so on point. Tending to our every needs immediately and showing a real passion for their occupation. The cocktails are unique and wonderful and if you go there, order the fried chicken. It was the best I ever had. Everything on the menu was either new to me, or a combination I never tried before. Collard green Mac and cheese is something I would never even imagine but it was stellar. Even the dipping sauces made me question each dunk. They were THAT good. I couldn't be happier with my experience here and it was Everything and more I could hope for.

After much anticipation, this commemorative day weekend, I had the opportunity to dine in the Union Burger Bar in Southampton, NY. Upon arrival I immediately no... Weiterlesen After much anticipation, this commemorative day weekend, I had the opportunity to dine in the Union Burger Bar in Southampton, NY. Upon arrival I immediately noticed the warm and hospitable feeling of the room, the customers of all ages looking for a good traditional American cuisine. I finished the Health Nut Salad with shrimps (probably a sin in a restaurant for her burgers), and I was very impressed. The service was fast, the shrimp was fresh, and in the middle of the memorial day I still found the staff very accommodating and attentive. The menu offers a range of special burgers, sandwiches, sides and appetizers to combine with hearty milkshakes or alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was relatively full, with clientele sitting at the bar, interior and outdoor tables. All seating areas correspond to the COVID protocol, as servers wore masks and plastic dividers separate tables that can host larger parties or more intimate assemblies. In the end, I didn't feel rushed to go. When I got my bill, I was pleasantly surprised how affordable the dinner was, given the generous portion and the price of comparable restaurants. Given the quality of food and service, I would highly recommend Union Burger Bar and am inclined to believe other businesses owned by the same owners (Union Sushi and Steakhouse and Southampton Social Club) would offer a similarly pleasant experience. Whether you are an experienced local or a weekend traveler, this place is one to check out your foodie bucket list this summer.

And I also recognized some of the other employees. Nice to see them. This place is like home to me. And the hotel looks quite nice and the room was perfect.

Die Pizza war lecker, danach ein Marsala... Es gibt nur positives zu berichten. Die Dekoration ist zwar recht unmodern, aber das ist bekanntlich Geschmackssache. Und die Toiletten? Nun, perfekt sauber. Es ist bedauerlich, dass die Gastronomie, die vorbildlich funktioniert, jetzt leider wieder schließen muss. Hoffentlich nur bis Dezember.
