AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I ordered a Club Lulu unwich and the sandwich that was delivered to me did not have any bacon on it. I called them to request a new sandwich... Weiterlesen AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I ordered a Club Lulu unwich and the sandwich that was delivered to me did not have any bacon on it. I called them to request a new sandwich or a refund as I paid extra for the Club Lulu rather than the Turkey Tom. They proceeded to transfer me to the maker of the sandwich, and then the manager, who then yelled at me and told me that she was right next to the sandwich maker when she made it and she had put 4 pieces of bacon on it. She told me to unwrap the sandwich and look for the bacon (LOL). I told her maybe the delivery person had delivered the wrong item to me by accident. She told me that that was impossible and insinuated that I was lying. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. The conversation lasted for 15 minutes of her yelling and arguing with me. Not even worth the $13 refund or new sandwich. This place is a joke.
