Let me tell you, staff service environment wonderful, thanks kitchen staff for not starving at home. The food was absolutely amazing I had the scallops and zartoin tips, My company had the lobster pasta and shrimps. We ordered some really delicious drinks and we are able to not feel at all. What a wonderful time I had and I am super grateful for places like these that go the extra mile! And thanks Pam, our wonderful server for this evening!

The napkins were very attentive to our needs and brought everything in time. Will definitely try other dishes again.

Weiterlesen I got a new job in the area and have been trying their food for a few months, everything is great. Burgers, garlic parm fries, pulled pork sandwich, and hot wings have all been fantastic. But the BBQ grilled chx salad deserves it’s own praise. Flavors and ingredients are amazing. bbq and honey vinaigrette play nice together. Delicious crispy bacon and fresh lettuce and plenty of it. One of the better salads in western mass and I’ve tried plenty. The service was also a positive. I ordered to-go and they forgot the dressing, the bbq sauce on the chicken, AND the silverware. These things happen at a busy Bar and Grille. I went straight back to work so providing my own fork or dressing wasn’t possible once I discovered this. I made it back to the restaurant later on and spoke with Bree, explaining the situation. She was understanding, concerned, apologetic, and friendly. They made me another salad which was perfect and delicious. Also lightning fast under five minutes. It’s those small customer service moments that determine if i’ll never go back to a place, or make it a regular stop. Because of the delicious food and great customer service by Bree, I will be back!
