The lady and the man serving us both were extremely Friendly and nice. wings were just ok, but the other two things were quite better then average, specially donair was super delicious. They have an average dining place to sit n eat.clean n comfy. plus very well inviting Restaurant, its not the Best but as long as we don't have much halal places in here its considered Very Good !

Ordered delivery, not all items were delivered but the driver told me he would go back to the store and deliver them right away. He never ended up coming back.... They said it was impossible for them to refund the missed item, but said they could send a driver with the item immediately. Still, no one came

Last Sunday (Sept 19) I hosted a Great Pizza Race of Sherwood Park. We ordered from 10 different pizza places at 1105am hoping that early in the morning everyth... Weiterlesen Last Sunday (Sept 19) I hosted a Great Pizza Race of Sherwood Park. We ordered from 10 different pizza places at 1105am hoping that early in the morning everything would be as quick as possible. Papa John's was an absolute embarrassment. It took them 10 minutes to answer my call and take my order of a single pizza. An hour later (after every other pizza place had delivered and most pizzas demolished), Papa John's was nowhere to be found. I called and they said they were extremely busy that morning and the pizza guy just left, he would be about 15 minutes. Almost 40 minutes later the pizza finally arrived, lukewarm. The delivery guy apologized again, saying how swamped they were that early, and that was it. Incredibly disappointing to see a franchise such as PJs get absolutely demolished in speed, quality, and customer service.
