The food is always delicious and I've never had a mistake with my order. On the other hand, the wait is usually VERY long, likely due to the store's location an... Order well ahead of when you need it. The food is always warm when I receive it, just very late. They're also suffering from the staff shortages as much as anywhere and most of the workers preparing food are getting away with not wearing gloves, hair nets, or masks. Again, I've never had any issues with my food, but I would advise against ordering from this location if that protocol breach worries you.

Appelant ce mercredi pour réserver pour vendredi soir pour 6 personnes après avoir lu les avis et la carte très alléchante, j 'ai d 'abord été reçue correctement. La première question de mon interlocutrice a été de savoir si nous étions 6 adultes. J 'avais vu avec bonheur que ce restaurant proposait un joli menu enfant et ai répondu en confiance que nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Après m 'avoir demandé leur âge (7 Et 8 ans), mon interlocutrice me répond Ah oui pour moi ce sont des adultes, ils mangent comme des adultes, nous n 'avons pas de menu enfant . Je m 'en étonne gentiment en faisant référence au site. Gros blanc. Elle finit par marmonner Oui oui puis me redemande la date souhaitée, me demande si c 'est bien le 14, tourne des pages de cahier et me répond finalement, sans amabilité, Ça va pas être possible . Je comprends tout à fait qu 'il y ait de l 'affluence et que le restaurant soit peut-être déjà plein mais il est possible de répondre de façon aimable : je suis vraiment désolée, nous sommes déjà complets, une autre fois peut-être ? Il est possible que j 'interprète mal, mais j 'ai ressenti que nos enfants n 'étaient pas bienvenus. Et je ne saurais trop recommander à ce restaurant de travailler son accueil téléphonique.

Been in prep mode for that long and not even started on my order. I called to get hung up on to check on my order. The guy working there picks up the phone to hang up immediately.I had to drive down there to cancel my order. Only one guy making pizza and one helper just looking around doing nothing. One driver is what he told me. A company like this should not be in business. They should state that they are short staffed before someone places an order. Then it would be understandable why the wait is so long. Closed down or higher more workers.
