I had poached eggs which aren't always made correctly but my there minutes poached eggs were perfect! One suggestion I do have is too limit the quantity of hah browns served! I think the integrity of the meal is not compromised if less than half the plate is not covered with starch! Otherwise, well done and good luck in this new restaurant now known as Irish Cottage II!
