I can guarantee 2 visits like mine will cost you customers. Grits not fully cooked but salty and sooo much butter eeewww.Not good food and that's what I came for. Drive 40 min round trip in the cold to come back home and eat cereal. Waffle didn'teven have sauce on it, dry nasty. I'm done with Biscuitville. More like Nastyville

When my daughter asked to be seated at a dining table or booth because I'm a diabetic and my feet would swell from dangling froma bar stool, she replied...if you want that type of seating, come back at 4pm when that section is open. My daughter noticed onelow top table in the bar area only when they seated a couple there after we were told we had no other option. To that shereplied, sorry, didn't see that table. My daughter asked to speak to the Manager who apologized and seated us in a regulardining table. He personally took our order, delivered our appetizer and meal. He checked regularly to see if we needed anythingthroughout the meal. Brought us to go containers and took our check with payment. Great Manger but with staff needing sometraining in customer service and simple courtesy. Service from Manager was excellent. Food was wonderful.
