Weiterlesen Been driving past this place for a little while, finally decided to stop in and give it a whirl. I’m a sucker for some good Cuban toast and coffee. The Cuban toast was delicious and perfect, I got it with cream cheese the way I used to in Miami and it was somehow better than I remember. The plantains were also delicious, my son loves bananas so this was a real treat for him. Coffee very good as well. We will most certainly go back. Mmmm.

Their fresh baked pretzels are the best I have ever had (I recommended with marinara rather than cheese cause they have more of a breadstick taste to them). The cheese curds are the best I’ve also had to date and I am a cheese curd connoisseur. Also really enjoy their Grilled Cheese and their boneless garlic Parmesan wings are TO DIE FOR, they’ve got huge clumps of delicious parm on them and if you dip them in their yummy marinara, it’s like eating chicken parm bites! Mmmm.

The fries were OK and my husband enjoyed his burger though. 5 stars to the cheese curds and the staff though, they were very welcoming, the environment is nice and cozy and the curds were delicious. Weiterlesen I’m an avid restaurant reviewer AND a chef. We consistently like to try new places and review accordingly. I had never heard of this place until the infamous chicken salad Facebook post (you all know the one I’m talking about lol). Anywayyyyy, had no intentions of eating out today until I saw the newest post and I scooped up my son and husband to head straight here at the end of the night.I tried the chicken salad because it looked delicious and it was incredible! Like WOAH…. I added fries because I’m from Pittsburgh and we like our salads with fries on top. Hubby got the Frisco melt and that man is hard to please but Wow, it was amazing! I tried a couple of bites and he can’t stop talking about it. We ended with the blueberry cheesecake, wish I got a photo but that too was delectable in every way and BY THE WAY, it’s freaking homemade! Not common. Kayla was our server and she was super charismatic, sweet and great at holding conversations while also interacting and distracting our toddler who was being quite the little rambunctious fella. Y’all are amazing. We will be back, I couldn’t even finish my salad so I’ll be happy to go home and munch on that later tonight, mmm.Also wanted to add that they are verrrryyy reasonably priced. $31 for the 3 of us plus dessert? As a vegan whose favourite cuisine is south east Asian, this place comes as close to Vietnamese/Thai street/cafe food that I’ve found in France. Very reasonable... Weiterlesen As a vegan whose favourite cuisine is south east Asian, this place comes as close to Vietnamese/Thai street/cafe food that I’ve found in France. Very reasonable prices, considering the location, which is opposite the Yachting Marina in Antibes. As a regular at Bangkok cafe, I can recommend the tofu pad Thai and the Bo Bun; really authentic and delicious. Vegan sushi is also available, as well as nearly all noodle dishes can be veganised. When I enquired about the Thai curries, the chef informed me that, sadly, they all contained shrimp paste as they are all pre made, so sadly, they are off the menu for us vegans. Hopefully this may change though, as more vegetarians and vegans are now eating here. We noticed the table service got better last year, when a new employee, a man called Nandou, started working there. He’s friendly, polite and it’s always a pleasure to eat there when he’s working. He will also answer any questions you have about the dishes, as he speaks excellent English. See you again soon Bangkok cafe!
