I did an online order. I drove ten minutes back home to learn there is no toppings. They wanted me to bring the sandwich back. I didn't want to drive another 20 minutes. I wanted my money back. No luck. I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get a refund. I didn't want a cold sandwich at that point. All they could say was sorry. It was a shift change. Which I guess means we don't care about customers if it is time to leave. Complained on the website. Same thing. Sorry. But we don't really care. They don't care about my time or the price of gas, or if a custom never returns. They are lazy and subway getting too expensive $10 just for sandwich. good riddance.
