Weiterlesen Booked to go for a pre-theatre meal but was disappointed with the service. It took 40 minutes after ordering to get the food. There were 5 of us and 2 of the meals, steaks, were ordered rare and medium rare and both came well done. Complained but given the time did not send back. We were experiencing to order a second course but did not have time. Poor service and badly cooked food. Won't be going back there. Shame they didn't even bat an eyelid when told them they did bad an apology would have gone a long way. Also ordered a side and had to remind then that they had not brought it out. Not a good experience.

We went here for my 9 year olds birthday, she had two friends and they had a great time, the staff as always were very attentive and friendly and they made the girls feel very welcome and happy. I recommend this cafe to everyone who asks regarding cafes in Chester, I/we just love it so much!!!

Weiterlesen Passing through Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station on our way to platform 7 to catch a train to Blackpool my twin brother Stephen and I decided to grab a coffee to go from Costa Coffee, we had already been to Caffe Nero in the station but as our train was running 20 minutes late we killed rime with another coffee. Staff in here were pleasant, the young lady who served us was really cheerful,we ordered a cappuccino coffee each, served steaming hot, we wandered down to the platform and enjoyed our Costa Coffee coffee which I really enjoy especially the cappuccino, this Costa Coffee outlet has a prime location being in the main concourse of the station so gets a lot of passing trade ,I love going here whenever I am travelling from this station, we really enjoyed our coffee's from here and when I am travelling from Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station again will pop by here and grab a coffee.

Weiterlesen Great food, the staff are nice over the phone, Sadly the past 2 weeks the orders I've made have been late either due to driver issues or ticket being missed in the kitchen till I phoned up to ask about it, Its a shame as the food itself is amazing. The orders were made before opening with plenty of time but seemingly my orders were either missed or the driver forgot to pick them up and usually got the food around an hr later than expected which is a shame. The person over the phone was apologetic about the experience and mentioned there was no manager in and for me to leave this review so they could get in contact with me.

Weiterlesen I've been having food from here since they opened and tonight took my sister to view the open kitchen and watch the amazing staff multi-task with up to 5 pans at a time and the results are amazing! The food is always of an excellent quality and cooked to my individual request. My sister is really looking forward to the next time, but not just yet as we are so full we can't move! A very big well done to the staff and see you soon.

Weiterlesen We are regulars at the Cardamon as the food, ambience and welcome we get is first class. We visited for one of their themed nights, this time being a Ro bit Williams tribute act. We were given a warm welcome by Ansarul who invited us to our table. The food was top quality. I can highly recommend the chicken tikka samber which has a nice blend of spice to complement the beer! We visited with friends who all had different dishes and all were complementary on the food. Just as we had finished eating, timed perfectly, the music started and what an entrance! The Robbie Williams tribute act played all of the 'big tunes ' looked like Robbie, danced like Robbie and had the presence of Robbie. He also engaged brilliantly with the diners with some highly amusing one liners. Unfortunately Raheem wasn 't working that night with hilegendary banter. All in all, a great night again. Complements to all the staff there!

First 2 deliveries were fine, apart from the sauce always bring watery. After that they have all either had items missing from the order, forgotten to send an item or some other issue. Today the food arrived stone cold and inedible. Also noticed that their shami kebabs have gone from being brilliant, to poor, then to stone cold, greasy, poorly presented kebabs. We gave this place 4 chances to get it right because we like the food. However, they have got the delivery side of things wrong enough for us now and the food quality is deteriorating. We will take our hard earned money elsewhere. Pic of shami kebab (with one bite out of it because it was cold! . If you collect your food, this place is probably very good.
