Weiterlesen This is my 3rd time coming. The last 2 times were Marco Polo theme and the story, presentation of the 3d video was way better and more interesting and entertaining. I invited total of 9 guests, 5 was new to this. They were not to thrill with the experience and I felt embarrassed because I have brag about this whole experience. Also, the party sat next to have was about 11 ppl, they were made a lot of noise, changing moving from seat to seat, and getting in and out of the room so many times during the experience.

I love their signature deep dish, but don?t you dare sleep on their thin crust pies either! Freshingredients and consistent. May grab a slice to go. Expect about 40-60 minutes for pizza, but they have a great system; orderyour pizza while you wait in line so it?s ready for you when you sit. Also, home of the BEST Caesar salad. The atmosphere is funfun fun. Family, college towny, casual date night like. Still love the fan artwork that covers the wall. We love you Zachary?s!!

Also, it keeps well as left overs at home. Their thin crust is excellentalso. It has a good flavor slightly heavier than a New York flaky thin crust. I, who is not a fan of thin crust, enjoy theirthin crust pizzas on occasion. The single serve salads are large, their shared salad size is huge. At lunch and dinner timetheir setting generally is full with a wait. The deep-dish pizzas take about 35 minutes to cook.

Completely overpriced for everything. $14 for a Tito's and soda?? Lol. Aside from the overpriced cocktails, the people that work here act like they've never heard of the term customer service. My friend left his card here and they gave it to someone else. When asked to look for it, they acted like we were bothersome. Half assed looked for it and told us they didn't have it... Never again.

The night would have been amazing I would have wrote a complete opposite review however I left my wallet in the bathroom during closing. I tried to call, as calling before I was able to get ahold of someone. This time to no avail. I decided to walk back around 2:30 AM. I went to the door and spoke with security he asked that I go knock on the door and they'd help me out. When I got to the door I was approached by this Caucasian male with a long red beard. I had told him that I left my wallet and I would like to go and retrieve it. He asked that I provide him with an ID I explained again that it was all inside and that if were to go inside and check the location. He slammed the door and walked away. I waited for 10 minutes before making contact with SJPD for assistance. The sergeant walked me over to the front door. He proceeded to ask the same gentleman and another tres employee. He was a medium build of tan complexion with curly hairs man. They both approached the door with the officers assistance. The officer explained what I explained the first time around and the gentlemen proceeded to tell him that they had searched where I stated I left my wallet and it was not there. The two gentlemen were then asked to give me a phone number and contact name. The told the officer that all the information was located online. And that was partially true. A number but no names of whom I should ask to speak with. I left the club with no wallet no ID. Sucks considering I now live out of state and won't be in the area until god knows when. Flash forward to today. I have retrieved my wallet from tres gringos and it was located in the same exact place I had told security. Luckily I still have friends in town and they will be shipping me my wallet. Unfortunate series of events, but maybe to the manager and staff realize tHat everyone is not heavily intoxicated at your establishments.
