I would give it 3 but the atmosphere and food made up for it. And the waitress took entirely too long to come and it was cold outside I was shivering the entire time. But she was very sweet and did have a grou so I try to be understanding. The Rangoon’s were amazing and the soft shell crab was good

They add 90% green tea and the rest flavor concentrate, they can’t make drinks good so I’d do my best to stay away from them. They’re donuts don’t even taste the same all the time either. Poor customer service skills at the window as well. Overall 2/10 for their effort.
