All the courses were tremendously inventive and delicious. The staff made sure to ask if there was something we didn 't like (since the printed menu told us nothing about what we were to eat! , and were quick to propose alternatives in that case (a John Dory filet instead of oysters, for example . Husband even ended up eating things he thought he didn 't like, and liking them... that 's great cuisine. The wine list is a bit strange until you realise that they specialise in natural wines.
