13.05.2023 - 11:27Grabbed drinks at the bar on a Friday night. It's everything you envision Sun Valley to be, wrapped up in a classy package and it appears to be recently renovated. Good ambiance and comfy seating, where you'll find a nice mix of international travelers, wealthy types, skiiers, and even locals. Some great live music too. Not inexpensive, but no surprise there.

29.04.2023 - 09:41The avocado toast here is amazing. I also had the cauliflower hash here and a few of there baked treats - all delicious. I was a very big fan of smoking butterscotch pecan cookies.

04.02.2023 - 05:50I didn't know that la cabanita was a small chain. he was only recently in the wood river valley. the woman loved her chicken enchiladas and my chile colorado was great. service was great, eating was great, and the worth was excellent. they feel like we played more in the Boise region. la cabanita is always a good decision, no matter where.

04.02.2023 - 03:33We came here because of the good reviews and seemingly cooler atmosphere, but were disappointed. our server was very friendly and attentive, but eating was extremely overpriced and was underwhelming. no wonder this place was empty on a Saturday night around 19 o'clock.

21.01.2023 - 02:30Celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary. My husband is in a wheelchair. We were placed in a small room within arms length of another table of ten very loud and very celebratory middle aged people. We couldn’t decide if they were drunk or not. The noise was so intrusive that I got a headache. In retrospect, I wish I had gotten up and wheeled my husband out of the restaurant before we ordered. It was our last night in the Sun Valley area after a week celebrating our 35th. We had honeymooned in Sun Valley and had been in the area many times over the years, spending many spring breaks there with our two sons. The other three Restaurants we may have chosen over Ketchum Grill were all booked for the night. The manager should have asked the group to quiet down, even a couple decibels would have helped. When I asked for our check in order to get out ASAP, I had to shout at the top of my lungs to ask for it. There was not one person in the entire very small restaurant that heard me shout! As we were leaving, several of the wait staff, hostess etc. looked very embarrassed but no one except our waiter offered any condolence for the distasteful circumstance. Who ever the group was, their freedom to ruin our dining experience far outweighed our desire for our own celebration. My husband had a stroke 23 months ago and because of circumstances beyond our control and the four hour delay of getting to a hospital, he miraculously survived, but his right side is affected and he can not speak. For us to venture out at all takes so much determination and we’re both trying so hard to adjust to our world being turned upside down. We were both in tears when we left the restaurant. It was a horrible experience and a night we would like to forget. The lamb was gamey but everything else was delicious. ~PHIL CONNIE EASTMAN
