Once all the parties were seated it was insanely loud. We had to shout and still struggled to hear our small group. I'd describe it as ear piercing, and do think there was an exceptionally obnoxiously loud group right next to us with 8 people. Pasta is not homemade and dishes were all okay. Carbonara was the best dish, but it didn't rival our favorite carbonara we've had. Chicken Parmesan was a bit bland but it helped to pair it with the carbonara.

Discovered new sushi that topped my all time favorites like their blue fin tuna and cod sushi. Pushed my pallette with uni (sea urchin). The service staff first verifies allergies and preferences and the sit back and prep to explore new tastes at the chefs guidance. They told us which to add soy. Would absolutely return.

Service is top notch. Lots of seating including outdoors. Festive decor. Wait on a Saturday night was about 15 minutes. Ordered the carne asada chimichunga. Love the tender meat and they don't use fillers. Beans are just how I love them. Chips are nice, light and fresh. Attentive service kept us with full drinks and plenty of chips.

Always on the search for unique breakfast ideas, well your search has been successful with Broder Nord. Aebleskiver (danish pancakes) are light and fluffy sprinkled with powdered sugar. I tried with lingo berry and lemon curd which was my favorite. Pytt I Panna (Swedish Hash) the corned beef was ultra tender. The whole thing was flavorful. Serving sizes are perfectly enough to satisfy but not overdone to feel engorged. They even have unique liquor indulgent coffees. We will return!

As the server walked away we thought it odd the karaage had no sauce whatsoever. Tried catching someone's eye but we were hungry. When she finally came back we asked about sauce and she haughtily told us well there's lemons (thin sliced not wedges which couldn't really be squeezed) and we have several sauces and if people want them they ask...ummm first time (and last) so how would we know the fried chicken came dry. Warning calimari comes wet in a spicy sauce with peppers. Kenzo roll while flavorful was like popping pudding textured seafood inside seaweed. Not a texture I want to experience again. Nemo roll lacked flavor. It mentioned ponzu sauce but came dry. Waited another 15 minutes or so to get attention to request ponzu. My husband then sat another 30 minutes after our sushi to receive his kimchi rice and ramen. We asked if they forgot his order and the waiter offered to cancel, yeah we'd all like to eat tonight. If someone's meal is going to be served with such a gap, I would expect a pre-order warning. The piece de resistance was really the 1:30am wake up call....with multiple offerings to the porcelain gods. Nope we will not return. Nearly $200 meal, and not the weight loss plan I'm looking for ...

Everything from traditional to Korean street foods all in one place. Bimbimbop lacked flavor. Kimchi fried rice was good. Loved the ade drinks they had including plumade. Would come just for the snowflake which was DIVINE! Freshest and ripe mango over the finest shaved ice drizzled with sauce. Includes ice cream and condensed cream. Just yum. Must try. Comes in strawberry, mango and red bean.

This place has been around for over a hundred years for a reason. We were seated in an alcove that sat 6. It is pricey. For six of us to eat, appetizers, drinks and dessert we were in well over $300. Favorites were french onion soup, fish and chips and the cod with crab and shrimp. Fish chips is lightly breaded and very tender. Not a single dish we wouldn't recommend. Historic Portland seafood right in the heart of downtown.
