We came for the Goong Chae Nam Pla, which I still believe is the best in the Thai city. We also enjoyed their mussels in Chili Basilikum sauce. I'm always looking forward to having at least one meal here when I visit LA.

Weiterlesen I saw the Habanero Jalapeño Cheese, Bacon, batter-fried Jalapeño, Habanero Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Tomato and thin shaved Red Onion, also with a heatblistered Jalapeño set right on the top of the burgers for presentation purposes. The burger was fantastic! A large amount of spices, all while taking bites from the jalapeno pepper itself. The Habanero Mayonnaise was pretty good and not too sharp. The Jalapeno Cheddarkäse was also good and tolerable. A very tasty burger I would order again. My only complaint is that the Pommes barely covered the plate and with the size of a children small pommes could be compared at a fast food location. I ordered the chicken pliers with honey mustard sauce. They were perfectly cooked. Honey mustard was also good. I also tried the new Mac N' hits. They are an individual serving of the note covered with macaroni and white cheese. It was different from Cheddar, which I would have preferred, but I was biased. Overall a good meal. Also the person I went with got the country fried steak with eggs and pancakes. You said the pancakes were perfect. The steak was perfectly roasted to a crispy texture and very good. A must visit when in the area. The restaurant is a beautiful old school place that has every regular type. The waiter is also very polite and attentive.

Stopped in for dinner after a long travel day, took a bit to be seated because hostess was worried about getting her phone order over to chefs first. We ordered... We ordered and we hear waitress telling chef he burnt her food and he needed to do over, next she delivers my two friends dinners while I sat there because obviously my dinner was the burnt one! Meanwhile you hear other waitress saying oh you don't have to cook the whole thing just a new piece of bread should be fine...yet I continue to sit foodless! she then delivers when my friends are about done eating, and yes it's not the greatest tastes like pot roast sandwich not a french dip and it was way over cooked. She then not once came back to check on us and I had to literally get up to ask for a Togo box for my friend as well as the check. Needless to say nooo tip from us! Horrible service tonight!
