Weiterlesen I don't believe the employees at this Dunkin understand how brewing coffee works. You can't remove any coffee from the pot until the brew is finished. They have a habit of not having coffee ready, so they just put your cup in the coffee maker whileit's brewing and you get this black sludge that you can't drink. You obviously can't blame these kids that work there becasethey probably don't drink coffee and they aren't properly trained.
