I'm Thai and trying to find a Thai restaurant that can make me feel home and that's certainly one of the places. The food comes in a large part, was served quickly and was decently expensive. The taste is also authentic, and what I like most is the variety of seafood menu that was not easy to find in other restaurants. The place was a little quiet when we were there, but surely it is worth a visit

This really is a lovely little place to stop off and have some lovely locally produced food. Even as a non vegetarian you will find something to tickle your tas... The staff was attentive, and my waiter in...particular was very friendly, even more helpful in my choice of food and drink an all-round nice fellow. Axturi had two versions of hake on the menu, and he took time to detail what was in each. His first recommendation was one with clams, so I had to decline as clams don't agree with me. But the second sounded delicious and oh, my was it! I'm posting a photo of it, but that won't do it justice. My friendly server told me that the restaurant really cares about its customers and the meals it serves them, the latter he said cooked as if it was in our own home. I believe every word, and was treated to a very fresh piece of fish in a sauce whose specific ingredients I do not remember, but that was heavenly. I let him choose the wine and he offered me a white from nearby Arcos. delicious and as you might guess I'm going to say by now, a perfect accompaniment to the hake. I spent three weeks in Andalusia, and I ate very well throughout (not always my experience as a traveler a happy exception), but the care Atxuri displayed for the food and for this customer was exemplary. If you go to Cadiz and you really should you won't want to miss this gem!
