Ok okay, so maybe I'm out of touch with the prices of fast food these days. But that just seems a bitover the top for me. Did the drive-thru and the young man at the window was very polite and did his job well.. I only gave themid range for service as using the drive-thru there isn't that much to grade. But I've no complaints about anything but shockedat the price. Sorry but I can get a hamburger and fries cheaper and more filling.

I placed an order online and when I arrived 10 minutes after it said it would be ready, I stood at the counter for an additional 10 minutes while a young lady filled the drink machine; instead ofassisting me. I wasn't acknowledged until the other person at the counter finished taking the order of another customer and shethen assisted me with my meal that was sitting directly behind her. It probably wouldn't have been as bad if I was at leastgreeted and then asked to wait a bit. But the customer service level is definitely lacking and made me not want to return.

But they were plenty as always. 1.5 stars for the fact that it was simply too expensive, 1 for thelack of taste of the fries (I have high expectations for FiveGuys fries! and 0.5 for some lack of cleanliness. I was the onlycustomer. One order was picked up during my visit of 40 mins.

Fourth time in a row over the past five weeks my order was completely wrong and not evenclose. We even go around 2pm with no rush and still they screw up most orders. Each time I have dined in I witnessed at least1-2 wrong orders and thrown away product. If I was the manager of this location I would question why the spoils are so high.Management reflects the employees and the manager made up excuses for his poorly trained staff. I recommend eating at the NorthRichland Hills Mall location for the extra 5-10 min drive.

Of course you have to add gratuity in because you're a monster if you don't tip the person at the register. The food is what it is, but the notion that you have totip 30% to everyone you come in contact with is a little ridiculous. However no one wants to be that guy who's perceived to notcare about the plight of the food service worker. When the real enemy is the owner who only pays their employees 12-13 dollarsan hour and forces the public to subsidize their wages. All of this on top of exorbitant prices for food that is on par withJack n the Box is unacceptable.

I took off a star just because the gravy with the Schnitzel wasn't my favorite but everything else we ordered was great. The spaetzle wasdelicious, my husband and I both added cheese and bacon to the spaetzle that came with our schnitzel and I would highlyrecommend it! (Just a disclaimer, it comes with onions in it; I just wanted to point that out because I wasn't expecting it soit caught me off guard.

Freshly baked warm Sourdough bread was brought shortly after ordering my meal. I ordered the Pecan Crusted KingSalmon, accompanied with Garlic Mashed Potato, Brussels Sprouts, and Maple Butter. Great selection, salmon cooked to perfection,well balanced flavors dish. For dessert, the Brownie Sundae, great choice; brownie served warm!! My server Melissa wasprofessional and attentive. This restaurant has great menu selection, good service with great ambiance.
