Weiterlesen Nice ambiance and good service, but you come to a restaurant to eat. I found the food very average for the price. The butternut squash soup was very salty. My drink was extremely average for the price, and my main course was a disappointment. I ordered the pork chops with polenta which sounded great. It had mentioned turnips for the vegetable, but it came with them all over the top. I had never tried turnips, but these were awful. They tasted like undercooked rotten potatoes. I mentioned to the server that they seemed undercooked, so he brought them back to cook more. He was very nice, but I had to wait while my husband ate his meal and it was our anniversary dinner, so not fun. When it came back, those darn turnips tasted EXACTLY THE SAME. Horrible and still undercooked. I told the server that maybe I just don't like turnips and maybe they are always super firm. He was nice, but again, we paid way to much money for a meal that was not very good. Sorry, but we won't be back.
