Weiterlesen It was empty. i was the only customer and there were 2 employees . i ordered a sugar free vanilla and got caramel drizzle . and when i said “i can see the caramel this isn’t my drink” i was told that’s what i ordered a sugar free vanilla caramel drizzle drink. the word caramel never came out of my mouth my husband was standing right next to me and can confirm. he never offered to remake my drink or anything . i had to take it to customer service to get a refund . go elsewhere employees name was braeden it’s on the receipt! he also put both sugar free vanilla and sugared vanilla in my drink according to the receipt along with caramel drizzle . starbucks give away free diabetic comas with every drink.
