The original Salata design is a timeless classic. This is my FAVORITE place to eat in whole city and I have been coming here since 2017. But I have heard terrible changes are coming this will all be torn down and turned into the same design Sugarland has. The Sugarland location was once beautiful until it became a loud cold bright white operating room. I would never drive far to be there. Right now in Mem City Salata I feel like I am in a nice restaurant. But come in few months this will all be GONE and the tacky fast food places next door will blend in perfectly with Salata’s new look. There is a good old American saying If it isn 't broken do not fix it. An upgrade would be fine if it were consistent with the Salata theme of healthy salad. Unfortunately, their new design is more consistent with a cheap burger joint from the 1950s. I give 5 stars for now.. Anyway, about the food it never gets boring because there are tons of ways to customize your salad and it is healthy too.
