Weiterlesen Every time I order from here they never make it correctly. I ordered through the app yesterday and ordered a bowl with half chicken and half steak. They only put steak and no chicken. I also ordered it with pinto beans and they gave me black beans. They also barely put any rice in my bowl. This is the third time I've ordered from them and they get my order wrong every time. I hate spending my money on something just for it not to be correct.

The guy ahead of me was being polite and asking how everyone’s night was and just being nice and trying to show he appreciated them being there and every response I heard was “we’re tired” followed by a blank stare and everything in her body language saying “just order and gtfo”…. It brought down my happy mood! Do y’all mistreat your employees this badly that they hate being there! The guy at the register looked like he wanted to kill me. NO LIE! I said thank you and his face got meaner. It’s just unreal to me. I even said to the guy “not one of yall even looks like you want to be here…” he said nothing and gave me my total… then I go to Culver’s across the street and got the complete opposite!!!! Everyone was so kind and smiled. I understand one or two people having a bad day, BUT YOUR ENTIRE CREW!!!!! No thank you…. I just paid $35 for two bowls!!! Next time I get the craving, I’ll make them at home!!!!!

I ordered a sweet and sour chicken combo (which comes with pork fried rice). They gave me white rice and when I informed them that they made a mistake, they proceeded to argue with me telling me I ordered white rice. My wife made the order so the young girl actually called my wife to try and prove me wrong. When my wife said she never asked for white rice, the young girl slammed her pen down and began yelling things in a foreign language. They refused to give me fried rice. Eventually an adult worker came to me and was just as rude. He demanded for me to give him my food. Now I?m nervous they may contaminate it therefore I left with the white rice. Never eating here again as this is not the first time I?ve encountered rude children/workers at this establishment. It?s a shame I can?t leave a negative star review.

My order was estimated to be ready in approximately 30 minutes which is a long stretch for one entrée and a cup of soup. I arrived approximately 10 minutes after I placed my order in which to my delight my order was already packaged and waiting for me. I ordered Mongolian beef with fried rice and a cup of hot and sour soup. Let?s start with the beef? visually all you see is onions i guesstimate I received approx 6 pieces in various sizes of beef. Not very much. The flavor was very good. The fried rice I found to be bland, as with the soup. Light sour, light spice. Overall I would likely try them again but I wouldn?t rate them 5 stars.

Starting from the rice, it was seasoned to the degree where chef Gordon Ramsey would be impressed. The cilantro and the small hint of lime on the rice made it the perfect pairing with the rest of the bowl. Although you personally don?t like beans the black beans were beautifully done, the just exact right amount of beans to the rice ratio. From that point we get to the center piece of the meal? The garlic steak which is the perfect new addition to my chipotle bowl. The steak tasted like a little slice of paradise. Each bite better than the last. If you could imagine The Garden of Eden the feeling of how beautiful the garden is, if that feeling could be transferred into flavor and spice it would be the closest thing to how good the steak is. But even then it would fall short. Each bite after another the flavor got better and better. Which all over got complimented by the corn, sour cream and cheese which all to each of their own flavor adding to it. Each piece of my chipotle bowl shining its own bright light of flavor making it the most holy chipotle dining experience I?ve ever had. Some could even say that it was a far better meal than steak, Mac and cheese and bacon wrapped corn. Although I wouldn?t know for sure, I am confident that fact is true. So yeah. Summing it up simply, pretty solid meal.

The general mood of the food court is artificial and dated. But everything else about this restaurant was great. The service was very good and supportive throughout the entire process. The food itself was like any other chipotle. It was very good! I have a chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, acid cream, cheese with chips and queso on the side. The Burrito was good and was very tasteful, as well as the Queso and Chips. Overall, due to the vibe is not the best place to get Chipotle.
