Weiterlesen The food was pretty good. The initial service was fine. We came because the Yelp reviews were good and they had an active promotion to get a free dessert if you checked in. We checked in. Then they refused to give us the free dessert and acted as though they didn 't know what we were talking about. I tried to explain and show them the Yelp promo, and then some dude who worked there (not the waitress) they got all snotty with me and complained that I was that I was being, and I quote, a certain kind of way with the waitress. The kind of way I was being was simply attempting to redeem the advertised promotion. I 'm a sweetheart by nature, it was this dude who was turning it into a conflict. When I attempted to apologize to the waitress (I didn 't think I had done anything wrong but I wanted to defuse and be sure) she said that she completely understood, and she did not think that I was in any way rude or inappropriate. Dude needs to chill. Frankly, he was rude to us. Anyway, don 't offer Yelp promos unless you intend to honor them, I guess.
