The people who take your order never pay attention to you or what you say? I usually have to repeat myself at least 3 times before they understand, and even then I still get the wrong order. We all make mistakes, but not so often. The service is terrible and everyone does like it? re high or just not?

I ordered a small frozen iced coffee with caramel flavoring as I always do. When I received a chocolate mocha frozen coffee I brought it to the attention of the... Weiterlesen I ordered a small frozen iced coffee with caramel flavoring as I always do. When I received a chocolate mocha frozen coffee I brought it to the attention of the woman making the drinks. She stated that she would make another. I waited for another 6 minutes for my correct drink to come out, not a big deal. However the woman who took my order saw me waiting and asked if I had received my drink, then I told her it was incorrect and the other lady said she would have another one out. The lady that took my order then told me that I was lying and that I never asked for caramel and she would have known because she specifically asked and I told her that I want a chocolate mocha. This is extremely frustrating because I order this every morning and I know what I said. She never even asked me what flavor so she liked about that too. Once she remade it with an attitude she still made a chocolate caramel frozen coffee and it tasted horrible. She was incredibly rude and I will not be back to this location.

Not the first time this happens. Slow people!
