1st time visit and Tom took a break just to help us picky drinkers out. He was wonderful and we bought 2 bottles to take home and share. If you haven't been her... I understand the weather, but it's unacceptable. After we ordered 5 meals and began to eat, the same manager, I saw again, wiping himself; but this time he reached through the collar of his shirt to wipe each of his armpits. He then turned and went to help prepare food, again without washing. We all felt disgusted that we had eaten any of the food. I am 100% sure this was a health code violation in all ways. This happened about 1:50pm on 6/12/24. All the other staff were friendly and polite. I dont think we will be back since he thought that was acceptable.

I contacted corporate and they took 2 weeks to email back. No apology, not even an attempt, only stated they filed the complaint and wanted me to continue to be a customer. Everyone should go somewhere else and force this location to shut down.

Last night 5 teenagers all using the same brain cell. I watched as they slowly made any order at all. Pulled chicken from a pot near the grill and copped it on a dirty cutting board they used for everything. Ignored customers waiting at the register and waiting for any direction. I asked who was in charge and they had a discussion, then said the manager left a little while ago. We had been there 30+ minutes for 2 burritos and watched these 5 stooges stumble to make tacos. Nothing was clean, atmosphere was dead, employees were brain dead.
