Weiterlesen A bit disappointed with this Applebees. My most recent order didn’t contain 20 pieces of chicken but 15 instead. And a lot of small pieces (compared to my 8 piece which were all full sized pieces) I am assuming because it was a “promo.” However I spent more money than I typically would have to qualify for the promo. But anyway I called Applebees and gave the benefit of the doubt. I explained the situation. I was asked to bring them back for a replacement but living over 10 miles away with small children at home it wasn’t an option. So I was offered a small compensation card. It’s been almost 2 weeks nothing has arrived in my email. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this isn’t my first disappointing experience with this Applebees. Two separate delivery orders had items left out/made improperly. My child’s juice box was missing and another time it was my child’s milk, missing guac/sour cream for our nachos and received a pink undercooked burger when I asked for it to be “no pink.”
