The food was mediocre and the service was awful both surprising and disappointing considering they identify themselves as a “fine dining” restaurant. I booked m... Weiterlesen The food was mediocre and the service was awful both surprising and disappointing considering they identify themselves as a “fine dining” restaurant. I booked my parents for their 51st anniversary providing a credit card ahead of time so that they would not receive a bill. When I spoke to the manager Brooke she said this would all be taken care of and that they would provide a complimentary glass of Prosecco once seated. Well...there was no acknowledgement of their 51st anniversary and no Prosecco. My parents waited 10 minutes before a server came by to take an order for drinks. No bread was offered! My parents finally asked for some and were told “it will be awhile as we have to defrost the bread.” This is not fine dining let alone a decent true farm to table restaurant! Defrost the bread? My parents had to again wait longer for their appetizers. Bread was then served after they had finished their soup and no butter or any kind of oil or spread was provided. To make it worse, the server presented my parents with the bill!!! When my parents told him the dinner was arranged by their daughter bc it was their 51st anniversary he then replied “Oh yes I forgot.” The worse place for a special occasion and certainty not fine dining. Don’t waste your money here go to Seasons up the street. Unreal!
