Called and Went to the store to see if I did something wrong in the app and I did not. The person who claims to be the manager is completely rude and has no customer service skills what so ever! She talked back to me in front of other customers, refused to give the owners phone number to me, and when I told her she should show some customer service and not be rude she replied that I was rude? Really I said please and thank you and was completely calm until she called me names and when I said I was going to call corporate she said you do that . This person needs to be fired! She obviously can 't follow directions, read and has no clue what customer service is!
