Chalupa shells are always either doughy under cooked and squishy, or hard as a rock no in between. Yesterday I got two and there was very little cheese on them... Yesterday I got two and there was very little cheese on them and the taco had a solid chunk of lettuce so large and thick in it that it was alarming to bite into because I thought something non food made its way into it. The lettuce was wilted and had brownish yellow spots.
