She did her job and was friendly. My burger was not well done. It was completely pink on the inside. Had to have it taken back. By the time I was able to get it back my party was half way through their meals. By the time the burger cameback from the kitchen everyone was done eating and I only had enough time to eat one half. The manager didn?t even come overand apologized or offer any money off. My server was sorry, but it wasn?t her fault. This should have been the manager comingover and apologizing for the mistake his kitchen made. There is absolutely NO reason a burger wasn?t cooked well done and nopink. That?s not a hard thing to do. If someone asks for something well done they mean NO pink. The burger came back greasy andwasn?t even that great. Very disappointed.

The katsu was very crispy on the outside, juicy and moist in the inside, the tempura was so light and good and really love the beef ramen! The soup was very tasty, good portions of beef and the noodles was light and filling. We'll eat again!
