Weiterlesen I bought my 2 Australian friends for afternoon tea, the food was acceptable but the service was diabolical, to the point of rudeness by the staff, I have written a complaint letter directly to The Pavilion but guess what no reply, this venue is attached to an iconic London Palace and should be able to provide better service, the staff certainly need training. Perhaps this review will be read by the management and they will investigate.
