09.08.2025 - 19:07Went on Sunday afternoon and wasn’t too busy. Good food, consistent with other IHOP locations. Portion sizes are good- right value and amount for the price. Presentation is probably the best at this location too. Service was a little slow to start but it’s not super fast-paced overall. Nice to sit and sip the coffee! Coffee came out fast and food shortly after. Attentive but they leave you alone to eat. It’s clearly a newer location so more spacious and clean than other IHOPs too. Will be back! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: Large menu- can find something for most people Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking Parking: Busy intersection but can find parking on residential side streets Kid-friendliness: Good for kids- kids menu and spacious seating Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious and first floor, wheelchairs are okay

09.08.2025 - 09:43Been here a few times and food is pretty good. It’s always packed in here and the space is small so would not recommend more than 4 people (2 is best given the booths are tight too). Service is a bit slow but it’s got an old school charm jukeboxes, diner counter seating, old school rock and roll music, old hot rods models, Coca-Cola and Betty Boop, and other vintage artifacts. Fun quirks so we keep coming back! Indoor and outdoor seating is nice. Food: Consistently a 4/5. Standard options and enough diversity for anyone. Not the most exotic, nothing crazy fancy, and not huge portion sizes but solid and consistent every time. We stick with the breakfast options and they’re great. Would skip on the smoothies and egg creams. Service: 2/5 most days. Predictably they usually get some part of our order wrong and it takes a while for the food to come out. They have a lot of workers but the space is so small so everyone’s jumping on top of each other. For how packed it gets it makes sense the service pace suffers a bit. But if you’re not trying to get in and out, and you don’t usually do complicated orders with ‘add this, remove that’ then this is no problem at all. It’s an old school diner and this part keeps the charm alive. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available Dietary restrictions: Large menu, can accommodate varying dietary needs. BEWARE: they often mess up the special notes in the orders though

09.08.2025 - 09:31Delicious and great service. I can see why so many people order from this place. We ate in and the service was attentive and food was delicious. Bonus: portion sizes are big! Food: We got a kani salad, two rolls (one speciality and one regular), and yaki udon. Everything came fast and the flavors were perfect. Super filling and wow that kani salad is the largest kani salad I’ve ever experienced. Drinks: Limited drink menu but they have beer and wine. We got a sake and it was a good portion size for two people. Service: Outstanding. Even with delivery drivers coming in and out the staff were friendly and attentive. They kept coming to refill our waters even though we were probably still good for a while. Passed by this place for years but now we’re hooked. Excited to try the other things on their menu! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
