Hoggy's was a perfect stop at a 90 degree wet day in Frankfort! The ice cream is smooth and delicious! This place was exactly what Frankfort needed to spice in... With its bright positive colors, it is like a happy dark thumb! (which is good! And I will definitely come back, especially to put it in the chain stores like Baskin Robins! And I love all the creativity they put in the decoration and menu elements! This is actually a unique ice shop! And the staff was also very friendly!
