Weiterlesen We were several times in the big lous pizza and recommended them to others. but this time it was where we never recommend it to everyone again. we had ordered a 16 in pizza and garlic parm wing for the execution. when we came home and opened the wings, we got a very strong smell of buffalo sauce. my man tasted one and they tasted like spicy buffalo sauce with parm to which we did not order. I called big cash, they took the manager to the phone. the manager wanted to argue that they did not put buffalo sauce on the wings. I asked him to keep a second and he hung on me. we called back, he spoke again about the sose. Originally we only wanted the order to be replaced, but he would not start a new job until we are up there a busy place, we tried to feed our children dinners and we should not wait an additional hour for the correct order, imo. So we asked for a refund to the wings. after leaving a negative review, as they did not want to replace the order immediately, nor a refund (either would have been in order.) they have a comment on our review they have ordered mildly seasoned wings from their retailer, sorry but lightly spicy wings did not smell nor taste like buffalo sauce (check them wild wings or hooter they asked it right

If you sit next to a party and your server is part of their service expect slower service, not their fault. If you go to 3pm or 5pm that usually change, and the abandoning server tends to have less enthusiasm for you, naturally depends on server.
