The chef is trained in Japan (and also Japanese of course) and his skill is divine. The place ticks...all the boxes service, taste, quality, and atmosphere. It is also very reasonably priced! This is a hidden gem in Sydney!

The restaurant has limited seating, but was able to accommodate us. Food came out very promptly and did not disappoint....My pizza had a traditional thin base and was cooked to perfection. My other family members both enjoyed their Gnocchi and Eggplant as well. Worth checking out if you are in the area. PS: They also have Menebrea Beer on tap.

So, as the rating is considering high, we decided to have a visit to this place which is located in the surry hills with that special trade mark at the top of the buns. After having lunch at Gogyo ramen, we buy some of their favourite menu BARE BURGER 14) – beef patty, lettuce, tomato, American cheddar, caramelized onions, bare sauce, milk bun. What a generous patty, love it so much. That gooey cheese and the right balance of creaminess from bare sauce and sweetness from caramelized onions make this burger is hard to resist...read more
