Weiterlesen This was my first time going here. I did not see any prices posted anywhere, so it was a bit of a surprise when I received a bill of $56 for myself, my teen and my 5 year old. But that's ok, it was for dinner, not lunch and the food was very fresh. My issue was the waiter. My children and I were there for an hour, and during that time the waiter only removed one plate, and never asked any of us if we needed a refill on our drinks. And when I paid the bill with my credit card, the waiter hovered and actually DEMANDED a tip. Excuse me sir, but we served ourselves. If he had been friendly and attentive I would have automatically added a tip. But to be ignored first and treated rudely second.....no thank you.

I told them what was wrong, and the manager made my day by allowing me to choose something different. I didn't want a refund, so being able to choose while keeping the rest of my order was superb! Things I didn't even think about wanting on my sandwich, he suggested! It was the best experience I've had at an Arby's in a long time! I never go to any other Arby's anyhow since coming to this one. Everybody was very friendly! Worth the drive for EXCELLENT, STUPENDOUS SERVICE!

Cold crinkle cut fries and the extra Cheeder cheese we ordered for dipping our fries was crusty on top.Side note: the Orange Cream shake was good.
