Weiterlesen My local Arby's, it was clean and quick and staff were polite. Today, I tried the new diablo dare challenge. I got the chicken. The food was hot and clearly fresh. I enjoyed the chicken and the heat was actually pretty decent. It's more a smokey heat verse straight out spicy. As I write this I can still feel the heat in the back of my throat. Over all, the new sandwich has a good mouth feel. The chicken was crispy. Yes they do give you a small shake as well. I would order this again.

I hadn't been to an Arby's in years!!! But I got a coupon in the mail and decided to try this location out. I totally forgot how good the fries were!! So good,... I got the chicken, bacon, swiss sandwich. It was good, but difficult to eat while driving. I think because of the tomato, as it was causing the rest of the ingredients to slide all over. But the lady was very nice at the window, hardly no wait time or line and reasonable prices. I will return again soon!

He was friendly, and seemed genuinely delighted to take my order. He even remembered my name, and, even more amazingly, how to spell it*, when I came back up a while later to place a second order. Quite a different experience from most other fast food restaurants! The food was GREAT! The restaurant was very clean. *I have a common first name, but with an unusual spelling. Bailey is an asset to your restaurant. I will recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE!

As we spoke to the manager she continued on. Customer service at its worse. I seriously didn't want to do a survey but this was by far the worst I have ever seen and heard.
