I purposely ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was smothered with pepperoni. The establishment tried to turn it around and say it was my fault. I asked for a new... Weiterlesen I purposely ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was smothered with pepperoni. The establishment tried to turn it around and say it was my fault. I asked for a new pizza and was told they don’t deliver, or just give away free pizzas to anyone, as it, the pizza was not opened until it got home. The staff member I spoke with was arrogant and very snooty. She told me she was going to hang up on me if I didn’t change my tone, when I asked her her name, she refused to give it “ because she didn’t feel comfortable”?!?! After my family members spent $120 they brought the pizza home for me) we were treated like dirt. I have absolutely no intention of ever visiting this establishment again! The customer service lacks any kind of customer service. It needs to recognize that the customers are who pays their bills! Their staff is cold, callous and very immature. As for their food? I’ll never know, as I gave the pizza to my neighbor because the restaurant refused to replace the pizza they messed up! So done with this dump!

One thing that made the meal more enjoyable was the waitress Amanda who was genuinely interested in the fact we left Winnipeg 50 Years ago but every time we came back it was a thing to go to Salisbury house for a meal and to take out one of their Flapper pies Thank you Amanda
