Während des Essens wurden wir nicht einmal gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Für Dessert oder ein zweites Getränk wurde nicht einmal gefragt. Als wir zahlen wollten, wurden wir vergessen und sind nach vorne. Wir haben kein Trinkgeld gegeben, da in unseren Augen keine außerordentlichen Leistungen erbracht wurden. Es kam dann nur Brauchen Sie den Bon? Einen schönen Abend noch, Tschüß. In der Melodie der Stimme und Körpersprache war die Bedienung aber deutlich nicht erfreut darüber, dass es kein Trinkgeld gab.

Weiterlesen My husband and I had not only 1, but 2 weddings at the Renaissance Center! This is the the best venue to have your ceremony and reception at, hands down. We had our small covid friendly ceremony here on the beautiful atrium stairs in November 2020, then finally were able to have the reception of our dreams in the banquet hall 1 year later on our anniversary. The staff goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. We had the greatest experience working with them, and our guests loved it here and their experience as well! Gorgeous venue, awesome, helpful, and very friendly staff, (huge shout out to Maura Charlie), delicious food. Thank you Renaissance Center!

The man behind the counter offered a reception or gave the sum. I only realized that when I checked my card. This place is an absolute demolition!
