The sub I got- it was a bit dry, wish they used more sauce and I wish they used more of those yellow peppers in their Italian sub... but besides that I was happy with all the meat they packed in. It was a LOT of meat! : It was so filling I could have easily saved my other half for another day's meal.

Even Subway has a better deal than this you could have bought two sandwiches with more meat on it. First of all the guy at the counter didn't even say hello when he took our order, and then most of the tables were dirty. For my money I'll stick with Subway because this sandwich was not worth $8 just check out the pictures you'll see. Way too much mayo too.

Then multiple parties of at least 20 people ordered after I had arrived and sandwich was never made. I inquired 2 more times and it still was never done. Very poor service with no apology. Left the store with no food and no refund- just a canceled order. Do not recommend.

All the food was super fresh and hot, large portions, and those new cool plastic containers that actually can be used for leftovers (which there was plenty of cause of the huge portions) instead of those old school white boxes.Even with the 10 minute drive home, the food was still fresh and not super salty or greasy like a lot of other places (when the sauce coagulates on the bottom is so gross to me).100% will be ordering here again soon.

The staff is very friendly, bathroom are clean, but some of the dishes and food utensils have spots or food on them. I had a plate that had a small chip in it and my fork looked pretty stained. We also sat at a stand that had scattered crumbs over the seats. Apart from that, the food was great and the service was very friendly. A star lost for dirt.
