I usually try new appetizers and cocktails, but will always go with the Beef Pho Hanoi. But Warning: Youwill likely say holy sh*t after every bite and slurp. Yes, it?s that good here.

The crispy spring rolls, which you wrap in lettuce and basil were a standout itemand the beef pho was rich and unctuous. The use of buttermilk and dill to rim the glass of the Relief, Recovery, Reform cocktailwas also a notable and effective idea that made the cocktail stand out in a crowded field. Altogether, dining and Di An Di wasa delicious and stimulating experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for creative and fresh Vietnamesecuisine.
