Order was placed at 12:56, order was put on the mobile pick up shelf at 1:52. No cooked sandwiches were on theorder, only cold ones. Not to mention they gave me attitude when I asked about my order after waiting 15 minutes. One person wasin line when I showed up, multiple customers that showed up after me were helped before my order was started

We were able to get from our school, through the ride-thru, and back to school in ten minutes, with the commute 4 minutes per way. Jimmy Johns would have got 5 stars if they had jumped on my candy sandwich, but overall good work!

I called and they all helped me figure everything out. They helped me get refunded and recharged for the right delivery!!! And even let me add/change my order! They are GREAT PEOPLE! Love them.

I had the ham and cheese meal that wasn't even on their menu board, and then when I ordered it, I was asked if I wanted the small $5 meal deal or the regular size. Apparently, they have a smaller version that I saw on their coupon flyer just to get people, not mentioned that it is a small size. Food was pretty good, Pommes could have been warmer.
