The 'za comes out with a layer burnt especially around the edge of the crust and, unless you like the taste of charcoal, that inch- -a-half of circumference of the pizza is waste.I am not sure but I think that the pizza 's ingredients are supposed to be layered right to the edge and beyond when using a wood fired oven.Outside of that major flaw the pizza 's center diameter was merely OK-good.
