Weiterlesen We just got back from the dinner party, I really wanted to go there because it 's my birthday and I wanted to try a real steakhouse. Unfortunately, it didn 't quite work out the way I expected. I will summarize it in a row of advantages and disadvantages. Starting with the benefits: the drink was served quickly a nice sofa nice wine (if I can believe my father) clean toilets decent music good quality meat Then the cons, I 'm sorry but this was just really really bad. In any case, there was 1 servant and 1 cook in the entire restaurant, on a Friday evening with an almost full restaurant, except for a few tables. According to the clerk everyone was on vacation, I wouldn 't open or not make all tables available but who am I. we waited at least an hour and a half for the food. First half an hour for the starter, then more than an hour for the main course. I ordered a medium steak, it was really red, definitely rare. the lettuce next to the meat was non existent, few leaves in a pathetic heap. the food was different temperatures, for example my steak was luke warm, my king prawns scorching hot and one of the jacket potatoes was cold while another was super hot. the service was clearly annoyed and came across as rude when I asked (after an hour of waiting) how long it would be. I got a vague answer that care was really struggling (nice and relevant) and that it was on the grill . Well if she had seen that steak, it has been on it for 3 5 minutes at the most. And suppose the food had been good that it was worth all the waiting, you know, okay, but it just really wasn 't. I 'm sorry to have to write this bad review but it was just such a huge disappointment. I really hope it gets better in the future but unfortunately I won 't be back. Weiterlesen We booked a 5 o'clock early dinner on Friday and arrived about 10 minutes earlier, they offered us drinks and served in the terrace. When we went on the way at 5:15, we were surprised to find the staff and the management busy food, so no service for another 20min until they were finished. Why offer 5pm seats if the staff is not ready to start up to 5:30 or even 18:00. Luckily our 3 and 4 course meals were good and our server from Spain, has a very good job for the rest of our meal. Not quite what we expected and will not return.

They were also very friendly and accommodating towards my very active toddler .
