The duck breast has been replace by a duck leg cut into slices so it looks plump but is basically bone and fat (a duck leg is not like a chicken leg). Both my colleague and I threw it out it was that bad... they haven't changed the premium price of it though. I don't often write reviews however the new owners really need to review that dish.
