We LOVED our stay at the Shelter Cove Lodge! The fishing eas great. We got our limit of king salmon and halibut every day. Our guide Dave had been at the lodge... Weiterlesen We LOVED our stay at the Shelter Cove Lodge! The fishing eas great. We got our limit of king salmon and halibut every day. Our guide Dave had been at the lodge for many years as had many of the guides. That should tell you a bit about how the owners treat their staff. The rooms were very nice. the dining room and reading rooms were super comfortable. We saw tons of eagles, humpback whales, sea otters, deer, sea lions, and seals. One pod of whales blew bubbles and rose right next to our boat to feed on herring. The food was great with 6 choices for entry?s every night. The owners and staff were sincerely interested in making sure we were comfortable and having the best time possible. My parents are 78 and they really looked out for them. We are already planning out next trip here!

All the food was incredible. Loved the pork rinds and pimento cheese. Great salad. Ribs were fall off the bone and oh so flavorful. House sauce is a must. Wait...
