Duck is expensive, but this is served in...a massive vat of juicy shaved duck, warm pancakes, cucumber, spring onion and hoisin sauce. PERFECT! I think I ate 5 to start. The mains, there's sooooo many to choose from. At least 10 chicken dishes, a fair few beef, a few pork, some sea food. I've not actually seen that many chinese mains at a buffet before. All regularly topped up and kept fresh. Loads of sides like chips (many different types! , crackers, prawn toast, wontons, so many! One thing I was really surprised about was that there was a vast range of desserts all included in the cost too. Ice-cream, mini cream cakes, fritters etc. Treated myself to some marshmallows dipped in chocolate fountain and a banana fitter! I'm pretty sure I ate about £50 of food (local Chinese takeaway comparison , all of which was tasty, fresh, and very well presented. My only slight niggle was that drinks service seemed slow. It wasn't horribly busy, but it wasn't quiet. We paid for a drink whilst paying our entry and was advised it'd be brought to our table. We waited 20 minutes for it and my partners wine was warm but swiftly rectified when I asked for a chunk of ice. 100% will be visiting again, and again and again regardless of the long travel to get here. Well worth it. If you haven't been, then you're missing out.

The deal we had ordered was also meant to come with a...glass of prosecco which we never recieved. Sandwiches were nice but the cakes were rather stale...wouldn't recommend!
