I was explaining a sandwich that I have always purchased from Great Harvest, at several different locations including this one in the past and the lady at the register looked at me as if I was from out of space and said they 've neverhad that.. so I look on the website and it is literally the second sandwich on the menu. My husband went to order the loadedbaked potato soup and the lady stated it was not available and she had forgotten to take the sign down (fine). 5 minutes later,another person tried to order the same thing and she still had not taken the sign down. While waiting for our food for 30 plusminutes, the teenage boy in the back brought out a bag of food for a girl that just walked in and hadn 't even been to theregister to place an order or to check in for an online order.. if that 's even a thing.
