Weiterlesen I had the misfortune to visit the Lowry Hotel for afternoon tea on Mother's Day and was very disappointed. The service I experienced was incredibly poor, and unfortunately drunk, which should have been a beautiful experience. The sandwiches remained free and appeared dry, which was a real shame. Not only that, but also the waiters got our tea order wrong and showed no sign of apology for their mistake. As a result, we had to wait an unnecessary 40 minutes for our tea, which was a disappointing beginning of experience. To deteriorate things, we waited for over an hour to serve water to our table, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, I found the service extremely bad and did not feel at all appreciated as a customer. It is a real shame that the Lowry is a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they take this feedback on board and make the necessary changes to ensure that their customers receive the high-quality service they deserve.

Der neue Mieter fand sich in der kurzen Zeit wirklich großartig. Der Zustand ist freundlich und aufmerksam, obwohl es stressig ist, weil alles ausgebucht wurde. Deshalb empfehle ich, reserviert, bevor Sie hier essen wollen. Wer den Platz noch nicht kennt, sehr gemütlich, leicht rustikal (Holz, kleines Restaurant mit 3 Zimmern.
